Chinese culture is brought to life through traditional acts such as the lion dance, sleeve dance, and fan dance, as well as more modern hip hop and singing acts. There is also a vibrant food market that is set up to allow the audience to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the night, including foods like dumplings, dim sum, and rice cakes. Performers and leaders come together to pour their time and effort into shaping and perfecting this event, making it a night not to be missed.
