Outstanding Amount: Current charges on student accounts.
Other Payments: such as one-off seasonal tickets, sports, etc.
General Credits: can be applied against payments.
Use the Parent Portal from late February onwards.

Forgotten usernames and passwords can be recovered from: https://recover.staging.rangitoto.school.nz

Use OfficeMax MySchool from December – February.  Course related costs, Donations, Student ID Cards, and Stationery can be paid via https://www.myschool.co.nz/rangitoto

Once student timetables are finalised, the Parent Portal is updated with OfficeMax MySchool payments.

Use the Parent Portal from late February onwards. 

• Finance Office Window.  Open Term Time only. Cash and Eftpos accepted.
• All major banks have the Rangitoto College ASB Bank Account as a preferred payee.  Reference: Student name, Student ID number/Family Code, and Description.    

These should not be paid to the Coach, Manager or a Teacher. Pay via Parent Portal or additional payment options.

Purchases are paid directly to the Uniform Shop or the PTA Second Hand Uniform Shop.

Purchases are paid directly to the tuckshop staff.
